  • Community Food Pantry

Holden Street is so excited to present our new Community Food Pantry at the front of our property. Non-perishable items are stocked in the pantry for people to access at any time. We welcome our community to assist us to keep the pantry stocked all year around.

  • Information & Referrals

Holden Street has a large database and brochure wall full of information on local agencies and services that can provide assistance to people in our community. If you are needing some guidance or help, please do not hesitate to give us a call, or come into the House to discuss what we can do for you.

  • Drop In Coffee

During the week our door is always open for people to drop in for a coffee and a chat at the House. If you’d like to arrange a time to come in to speak with a particular staff member, please give us a call so that we can ensure they’re available.

  • Composting and Worm Farm

Our wonderful volunteers have worked tirelessly to help us establish and develop an incredible composting system. We currently have 3 separate composting stations around the House which are accessed by our classes and volunteers regularly. We are currently in the process of developing a more robust system which would allow us to open the gates to locals wanting to contribute to the compost. In order for us to do this successfully, we will need some extra volunteers, so if you’re interested, please let us know!
