Take some time for yourself and get your body moving in this child-friendly stretching class. We welcome adults of all abilities to join us for this class. We’ll have a kid’s corner set up to keep your little ones entertained or they can stay near you and watch on in amazement at all the impressive moves that you can do!

Thursdays 3.00pm - 3.45pm

Cost $100 per term/ $10 per Class

We are wanting to start offering second time, third time or 20th time parents an opportunity to connect with fellow parents in the community. We know how important creating connections is with fellow parents after having a new baby, so this new group will provide an opportunity for parents to get together and share in the joys, struggles and adventures of parenting multiple children. Our facility offers a wonderful enclosed outdoor space and a temperature controlled indoor space, with access to family bathrooms, changing facilities and the kitchen. We are currently taking expressions of interest in the program and would love to hear of day/time preferences.
