Zumba Gold
Come and join our incredible instructor, Catalina Gonzolez for our Zumba Gold class. Zumba Gold is designed for over 55's and can be modified for people with mobility conditions. Moves and pace are adjustable to suit all needs. Classes are currently being run on Mondays (5th Brunswick Scout Hall) or on Thursdays (Glow Dance Studio, Fitzroy North), but can also be accessed via Zoom.

Weekly Walk
Join Alison and friends as they meander their way through our beautiful suburb of North Fitzroy. Be sure to bring some money for a cuppa either in a local cafe or at the park. Dogs on a leash are more than welcome to join us too!

Join us for a day out on the town! Destinations will change each month, but the fun will be there every time.

Discovering Yarra
Join us as we explore the great outdoors of the City of Yarra (and perhaps further!). We will depart Holden Street Neighbourhood House and catch public transport to our destination (destinations change each month).

Time: 10.00am-2.00pm
Cost: FREE for participation, but please bring money for your own transport, entry fees and lunch (or BYO lunch).
