Moving Meditation

Moving Meditation sessions are multi-sensory. Various tools are used to stimulate and balance the senses. These include massage, breathing, movement, aromatherapy and sound healing. Participants will leave feeling balanced, present and invigorated.

Cross Generation IT Help

This session is for people who want some help and advice or have questions about the constantly evolving technology in our lives - which tablet should I buy? How do I use the features on my new phone?

Come along to chat to a High School student.

Conversation Group

Bring something to share with a group. It could be something you have made, an experience, a story you wrote or a story you like, a book, a picture, an idea or a drawing. What would you like other people to know about you? Let the group learn something new about you and learn something new about  others.

Talking Sense

Repair and Share

Enjoy a day of learning and sharing skills collaboratively while recycling and reducing waste and household expenses. Bring your broken items and make their repairs together with skilled volunteers. No items to be repaired? Come along and enjoy a cuppa, or lend a hand with someone else’s repair job.

Come along and join a member of North Fitzroy’s Community Garden Group to learn how, what and when to plant, how to maintain compost and worm farms. Practical experience in our garden means that you help your community at the same time.
