Holden Street centre based activities have temporarily stopped due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Two online programs are currently available:

 

Moving Meditation

with Nicole Feiber         
      

Moving Meditation sessions are multi-sensory. Various tools are used to stimulate and balance the senses. These include massage, breathing, movement, aromatherapy and sound healing.

Online Coffee Mornings

Stop for a cuppa and a 30-minute online chat using Zoom with other members of our community. Bring your best laugh and good stories to share!
