Yoga

These classes are multisensory. Yoga practice is complemented by massage, aromatherapy, and sound healing. These will stimulate and balance the senses and participants will leave feeling balanced, present and invigorated.
Session difficulty will be tailored to suit the group’s needs.
Mondays 6.30pm - 8pm
Singing together is an ideal way to nurture your mind, body and spirit. Develop your voice, learn how to sing in harmony, connect with others and have fun. No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome.

Computer skills necessary for run a small business will be covered in the following areas: Excel, Presentation, Website and Social Media.

Movie in the Park
Holden Street Neighbourhood House and Yarra Library invite you to our third annual Movie in the Park. A wonderful outdoor cinema set amongst the eucalyptus of Holden Street Reserve is the perfect place to watch this acclaimed and inspiring Australian film Lion.

Be guided through the basics including soil and plant nutrition, pest control, traditional and no-dig veggies patches, and easy herbs and veggies to ensure first time success. We will emphasise low or no-cost organic methods and discuss growing in pots for renters and people with courtyards or balconies.
