Enrolments will be offered to current participants and then taken on a first come, first served basis, until a class is full (unless specific criteria apply). Classes or activities may be cancelled or postponed if interest is low.

Payments, Fees and Refunds

Payments: Our preferred payment method is by Direct Electronic Transfer:

Payment can also be made in person by cash or cheque. A receipt will be provided. Each participant will be expected to pay the full cost of the course in which they are enrolled. Alternate arrangements can be discussed with office staff and instalments can be negotiated. Please note that elegibility for concession varies according to class. Please contact office staff.

Learn Local Fees

For eligible students (concession and additional criteria), the tuition fee per course in 2020 is calculated at $1.08 per hour up to a max of $50. Amenities fee may apply. Where applicable, a charge is included for materials.

Refunds and Pro Rata Rates

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to withdraw from a class or program. There may be some flexibility if you would like to begin a course after the start date. Speak to staff for details.
