Current COVID-19 Restrictions

Holden Street Neighbourhood House is committed to ensuring the safety of it's staff, volunteers and participants. We strictly follow the Government guidelines, and are regularly updating our safe practice policies during this uncertain time.

Please note the following regulations that we have implemented for anyone visiting Holden Street Neighbourhood House:

  • The wearing of masks indoors is still mandatory and should also be worn outdoors if you cannot maintain a distance of 1.5m from other people.
  • All visitors must sign in at the front door upon arrival at the House, before the start of your class (or with the class teacher if your class takes place after hours)
  • Sanitise your hands before entering the building
  • Remain at home if you have any symptoms of COVID-19.

With the current restrictions, some classes are still unable to recommence at this time but we are eagerly awaiting updates on how we can run these programs in a Covid-Safe manner.

We are also limited in the number of participants able to be onsite at any given time, so please note that some face-to-face classes will be capped at lower participant numbers to ensure we are following the Government guidelines. To assist with class restrictions and ongoing concerns about COVID-19, we are currently running some of our programs via Zoom. Please see the full list of Zoom Programs below:
